Description
To alter the development standards (as approved by site-specific Zoning By-law No. 531-2024(OLT)) for the 28-storey mixed-use building to increase the building height to 34 storeys, increase the gross floor area and modify building setbacks. There will be a total of 236 residential dwelling units on this lot. This is currently under the review of Site Plan Control (File No. 21 232984 STE 12 SA).
