Description

To permit an expansion of the proposed Marijuana Production Facility (MPF) that was previously approved by the Committee in July of 2017. The proposed facility will have a gross floor area of 670 m² (7,212 sq. ft.), including no area dedicated to the growing of plants. Previous Committee of Adjustment application (A0145/17SC) restricted the gross floor area to 464.5 m² (5,000 sq. ft.).
