Description
To permit the relocation of the existing garbage enclosure, modifications to driveways, walkways, parking areas and landscaped areas, a new exit vestibule at rear of the existing building and the construction of new canopies at front and side of the existing building. The project also includes interior alterations to the common areas on the ground floor. NOTE: The April 22, 2021 hearing has been postponed due to an unforeseen notification issue. This revised notice is to advise you the hearing for this application has been rescheduled to May 12, 2021.
