Description

Proposed development for the Canada Life Campus include: Retention of the existing office buildings with minor alterations at 330 University Avenue, 180 Simcoe Street, and 180 Queen Street West. Demolition of the office building and parking structure at 190 and 206 Simcoe Street. Construction of a 71-storey residential tower on the private open space to the north of the Canada Life Building (Tower A); Construction of two residential towers of 54 storeys (Tower B) and 25 storeys (Tower C) integrated with a multi-use podium element (West Block); Construction of a six-storey Amenity Pavilion to the east of 180 Simcoe Street. Overall, the proposed development includes 64,103 square metres of retained office space, 10,476 of new commercial space, and 114,383 square metres of residential space for 1,402 dwelling units.
