Description
Proposing a 35-storey mixed-use building atop a 4-storey podium. The proposed development will provide a total GFA of 26,299 sq. m. (283,075 sq. ft.) consisting of 25,852 sq. m. (277,259 sq. ft.) of residential GFA and 477 sq. m. (4,816 sq. ft.) of non-residential (retail) GFA at-grade, with a total proposed density of 4.50 times the area of the lot. The proposed unit count is 375 units. A total of 1,683 square metres of amenity space will be provided. Vehicular parking is proposed at-grade and within one level of underground parking (P1) and will include a total of 139 spaces,
