Description
Site Plan Control Application for six blocks of four-storey townhouses. The blocks will consist a total of 50 three-bedroom townhouses. A paved access from Bayview Avenue and Brenham Crescent will also be provided, leading to one level of at-grade garage parking (providing a total of 100 parking spaces). The proposed development provides a total GFA of 11,415 square metres and a FSI of 1.61.
