Description

Application to amend the Zoning By-law at 5500 Dundas Street West to permit two mixed-use buildings of 14 and 16 storeys (48.7 metres and 54.9 metres, excluding MPH), comprising 560 dwelling units and a minimum of 990 square metres of non-residential gross floor area at grade. A Privately Owned Publicly Accessible Space (POPS) is proposed at the south-west corner of the site.
