Description

OPA & Rezoning Application proposes the development of a 32-storey residential building. The building will provide a total of 517 residential units, being a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. A paved access from Talara Drive along the west property line will be provided, leading to two levels of below-grade parking, providing a total of 142 parking spaces, including 25 visitor parking spaces. A total of 230 bicycle parking spaces, including 208 long-term and 22 short-term spaces are proposed. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 32,889 square metres and an FSI of 9.09. Additionally, the proposed development provides 755 square metres of indoor amenity space and 736 square metres of outdoor amenity space.
