Description

Site Plan Control application to permit a 3 storey addition with a roof top outdoor playground associated with the proposed childcare space at 542 St. Clair Avenue West (eastern portion) to the existing 3 storey place of worship building (Chabad of Midtown) at 544-546 St. Clair Avenue West (western portion). The 2nd floor balcony of the existing building is proposed to be removed and replaced enlarged for use as an outdoor play area. A café is proposed along Vaughan Road.
