Description

Site Plan Approval for the easterly block, known as Block 3, contains an L-shaped building with a 6-storey north-south element that connects to a 17-storey residential building. The proposal is comprised of 19,896 square metres of gross floor area, includes a total of 290 dwelling units, including 23 studio units (8%), 152 one-bedroom units (53%), 76 two-bedroom units (26%) and 39 three-bedroom units (13%). Of the 152 one-bedroom units, 14 (5%) are grade-related townhouse units.
