Description

Site Plan Control Amendment. This application intends to formalize the current interim condition of the gas bar queue and adjacent parking area which have resolved circulation concerns raised by neighbouring property owners and the local Councillor. The proposed final condition will maintain the functional layoutof the interim condition while providing a more organized and aesthetically appealing separationof the gas bar queue from the adjacent parking area.
