Description

Site Plan application to permit an 11-storey (36 metres excluding mechanical penthouse) mixed-use building at 2683 Lawrence Avenue East. The proposal consists of a total gross floor area (GFA) of 19,,627q. m. (19,056 sq. m. for residential uses and 571 sq. m. for retail/commercial uses), 206 residential units and a floor space index (FSI) of 2.66 times the area of the site. A total of 249 vehicular parking spaces 229 bicycle parking spaces, and 1 Type 'G' loading space are proposed. The existing one-storey commercial building would be demolished.
