Description
District Plan, Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision to permit a mixed-use neighbourhood that introduces a range of housing, employment and amenities. The proposal includes 8,800 homes including 20% affordable units, 120,000 m2 of non-residential GFA, 25,000 m2 of retail GFA and 1+ school, +3 daycare's, 3.8 ha of parks and open space and a variety of other community facilities.
