Description
Site Plan Amendment to expand the existing 2-storey East Court Ford Lincoln dealership on the Subject Lands. The current Gross Floor Area ("GFA") is 2,336.69 square metres, and the proposed additions, which includes a new service area and showroom, will increase the GFA by 2,328.15 square metres, for a total GFA of 4,664.32 square metres. A total of 58 vehicular parking spaces (excluding 12 tandem parking spaces) are proposed at-grade.
