Description

Rezoning application to permit the redevelopment of the subject lands with an 11 storey (37 metre) mixed use development comprised of a toal of 14, 354 square metres of Gross Floor Area, including 13,763 square metres of residential GFA and 590 square metres of non-residential GFA. 216 residential units are proposed, including 10 rental replacement units. 94 parking spaces are proposed. Second Submission October, 2025. The height of the building has been reduced to 10 storeys (33.5 metres), excluding mechanical elements; and the total GFA has been reduced to 13,276.5 square metres resulting in a density reduction to 6.0 FSI; The number of dwelling units has been reduced from to 200;
