Description
Revised Proposal: Two-tower residential building 36 and 39 storeys in height with a four-storey base building and a seven-storey podium connecting the two towers. A mid-block connection between Viewmount Avenue and Romar Crescent are also included, along with on-site parkland dedication expanding Benner Park. The revised proposal consists of 58,323 square metres of total gross floor area (GFA), resulting in a Floor Space Index (FSI) of 10.34. 1,033 dwelling units are proposed as purpose-built rental apartments.OLT final order issued on July 30, 2026.
