Description
Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit a 12-storey mixed use building. The proposed development provides 91 new residential units and 260sqm of at grade retail uses with a total gross floor area of 8249.1 square metres, resulting in an overall density of 6.8 FSI. 111 bike parking spaces and 40 vehicle parking spaces are also proposed.
