Description
The proposal continues to contemplate the redevelopment of the southern portion of the subject site with a new 21-storey (76.0 metres) residential building with a total gross floor area of 12,439 square metres and a total of 154 residential units. Three levels of underground parking are proposed to serve the building, with 100 vehicular parking spaces for residential and visitors and 170 bicycle parking spaces.
