Description
Site Plan Application for Phase 2 (eastern) of 52 and 54 storeys. A total gross floor area of 80,022.1square metres, 267.5 square metres of non-residential, and 79,754.7 square metres of residential uses with 1,121dwelling units are proposed for this phase. 722 vehicular parking spaces are included in the Phase 2 portion of the development.
