Description

The proposed development replaces the existing two-storey commercial building on the site, with a new 24-storey (81 metres, plus mechanical space), 22,104 square metre, 331-unit mixed use building with 395 bike parking spaces and 34 vehicle parking spaces.A total of 563 square metres of commercial space is proposed on the ground floor. A new park space is proposed along the north side of the site providing an additional access from the public amphitheatre space immediately east of the site to Noble Street.
