Description
The initial proposal has been revised from a mid-rise type building form to a tall building / podium form. The revised development includes a 24-storey tower atop a 7-storey podium- Nov. 19. -- previous development: The proposed development comprises the replacement of the existing low-rise commercial plaza and associated parking area with a 14-storey (44.5 metres, plus mechanical space), 25,500 square metres, 391-unit residential apartment building fronting Brimley Road and 13 three-storey four-bedroom townhouses with private rear yards at the rear of the site. A total of 450 metres of ground floor commercial space is also proposed.
