Site Plan Application to facilitate the redevelopment of the site for a 32-storey residential building having a gross floor area of 33,690 square metres and containing 518 residential dwelling units. A total of 215 vehicle parking spaces are proposed, including 25 visitor parking spaces. A total of 570 bicycle parking spaces are proposed, including 466 long-term and 104 short-term spaces.
