Description
Zoning By-law Amendment for a 13-storey mixed use building with a total of 321 dwelling units. The proposed development would have a total gross floor area 24,825.5 square metres, comprised of 23,749.5 square metres of residential gross floor area and 1076 square metres of non-residential (commercial) gross floor area, resulting in a density of 5.9 times the area of the lot. Two levels of underground parking that will include 202 vehicular parking spaces. Two-hundred and sixty-eight bicycle parking spaces are include at grade and in the ground floor and first level of the underground.
