Description

Jan. 13, 2025 Proposed 8 storey residential building includes the retention of an existing 16 storey apartment building. The proposed GFA is 12, 285.32sq.m., FSI 1.97. The proposal consist of 184 residential units. Proposed eight storey residential building which includes the retention of an existing sixteen storey apartment building. The proposal is got 12013sqm of GFA, with an FSI of 1.93, totalling 36573sqm GFA and 2.92 FSI across the site. A total of 152sqm of amenity spaces is proposed which includes 367sqm indoor and 385sqm outdoor. The proposal will consist of 182 residential units.
