Description

The application proposes to permit the development of an 8 storey residential building containing a total of 184 residential units including, 12,247 square metres of gross floor area. The existing 16 storey residential apartment building will remain. Density:The proposal has a density of 2.94 times the area of the lot including the existing 16 storey building.--MBThe Rezoning application application was approved at Scarborough Community Council on September 2025.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Proposed eight storey residential building which includes the retention of an existing sixteen storey apartment building. The proposal is got 12013sqm of GFA, with an FSI of 1.93, totalling 36573sqm GFA and 2.92 FSI across the site. A total of 152sqm of amenity spaces is proposed which includes 367sqm indoor and 385sqm outdoor. The proposal will consist of 182 residential units.
