Description

The redevelopment proposes a 64-storey mixed-use building with a 12-storey office podium and is inclusive of four levels of below-grade parking with a total of 171 parking spaces. The redevelopment proposes 704 dwelling units, resulting in a total residential gross floor area (GFA) of 46,683 sq. m., a total of 24,919 sq. m. of office GFA, and a total of 460 sq. m of retail GFA which results in a total Floor Space Index (FSI) of 21.65, pursuant to GFA calculations under By-law 569-2013.
