Description
Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit a mixed-use development at 1920-1940 Eglinton Ave E, 880-900 Warden Ave and 20-50 Ashtonbee Rd (Madison lands), including 11 tall buildings with heights that range from 18 to 48 storeys, two (2) mid-rise buildings with heights that range from six (6) to seven (7) storeys, new public streets, and public parkland. A total gross floor area of 305,863 square metres (289,472 square metres for residential uses; 8,901 square metres for office uses; and 5,979 square metres for retail uses) and 4,285 dwelling units are proposed. This application is related to Official Plan Amendment Application No. 19 115893 ESC 21 OZ.
