Description
Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit a 63-storey mixed-use building, containing 806 dwelling units (including 17 new affordable units) and 484 square metres of non-residential gross floor area. The proposal includes heritage conservation on the site. The Official Plan Amendment is required to permit development within 10 metres of the top-of-bank of the adjacent Rosedale Valley Ravine.
