Description

Original Proposal: Proposing to redevelop the subject lands with ten (10) townhouse units. The proposed development is to have a total gross floor area (GFA) of 2,093.00 square metres (22,529 square feet), resulting in a density of 1.066 Floor Space Index (FSI). In addition, the proposed development proposes a total of twenty-four (24) vehicle parking spaces; consisting of twenty (20) residential parking spaces and four (4) visitor parking spaces. Revised Proposal: Proposing to redevelop the subject lands with 18 townhouse units and 18 residential parking spaces and 2 visitor parking spaces. The proposed development is to have a total gross floor area (GFA) of 2,977.7 square metres.
