Description
Site Plan Control application to permit a 25-storey mixed use building with an 8-storey podium at 25 Audley Street. The proposed total gross floor area of the development is 32,498 m2, of which 30,438 m2 is for residential use and 2,060 m2 is for non-residential use. The proposed mixed-use building would contain 479 residential units and 284 vehicular parking spaces within a three-level underground parking garage.
