The proposed hospital building is 9-storeys in height (46m), in which the ninth floor is limited to an approximately 335m2 area to be used for an indoor amenity area connecting to an outdoor amenity area on the roof of the 8th storey. The estimated GFA is approximately 49,859 enabling the site to accommodate 416 beds.
