Description

Bousfields Inc. has submitted an application for Zoning By-law Amendment. The application proposes three mixed-use buildings with heights of 25, 30 and 37 storeys. The proposed development would be deployed in 2 phases with phase 1 consisting of the 37-storey building and phase 2 consisting of the 25 and 30 storeys buildings. The application proposes 935 residential units with a mix of unit types resulting in a residential gross floor area of 67,992 square metres. The application also proposes 522 square metres of retail/commercial uses and an overall floor space index of 7.36 times. A total of 742 vehicular and 714 bicycle parking spaces and 3 type G and 6 type C loading spaces would be provided. The proposal would provide a new 930 square-metre public park at the western portion of the site, pedestrian connections and privately-owned publicly accessible open spaces. A related Subdivision Application No. 21 201457 ESC 21 SB to create 4 new blocks has also been submitted by the applicant.
