Description
Draft Plan of Subdivision to create 4 Blocks. The DPOS is associated with the Zoning By-Law Amendment application which proposes 3 mixed-use buildings with heights of 25, 30 and 37 storeys. The proposed 4 blocks would be as follows: block 1 would be occupied by the 37-storey building, block 2 would be occupied by the 25 and 30 storey buildings, block 3 would be occupied by the new public park and block 4 would be the boulevard widening along Eglinton Avenue East to support the future EELRT.
