Description

Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit a mixed-use development on the western portion of the RioCan lands in the Golden Mile Secondary Plan Area. The proposal consists of three development blocks, including a block for public parkland purposes. The application proposes building heights that range from 12-48 storeys, a total gross floor area of 190,718 (186,414 square metres for residential uses and 4,304 square metres for non-residential uses), 2,434 residential units, and a public park with an area of 19,433 square metres. The application is being reviewed concurrently with Draft Plan of Subdivision Application No. 21 195467 ESC 21 SB and is related to Official Plan Amendment Application No. 15 258686 ESC 37 OZ (under appeal).
