Description

A city-initiated official plan amendment and zoning by-law amendment by CreateTO has been submitted to facilitate a mixed use development. The property is currently being used as a staff parking lot for the City of Toronto. The proposal if for two buildings: Building 1 is 27 storeys; and Building 2 is 42 storeys. A total of 645 dwelling units are proposed, of which 50% would be dedicated to affordable housing units. A total of 2,580m2 of indoor/outdoor amenity space; and a 796m2 daycare are also proposed. The proposal includes 262 parking spaces in a two level garage.
