Description
Zoning Amendment Application to permit the re-development of the site with an addition overtop of and behind the existing heritage building, increasing the height of the existing building to a total of 9-storeys (36.5 metres to the top of the building and 41.5 metres to the top of the mechanical penthouse). The existing 4-storey heritage building is proposed to be incorporated into the development. The development would have a gross floor area of 5,417 square metres, would include 9 bicycle spaces, zero parking spaces, 1Type B and 1 Type C loading space.
