Description
Zoning By-law Amendment to facilitate redevelopment of the site with new 66-storey mixed use building. 116 square metres of retail use and 9,169 square metres of office space is proposed within the 9-storey podium, along with 37,170 square metres of residential gross floor area within the tower. A total of 645 residential units are proposed.
