Description
Revised proposal for Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendments to permit five residential buildings with heights of 20, 35, 40, 45 and 55 storeys respectively. 2334 residential units are proposed with a total of 161,757 sq/m of gross-floor-area (GFA) which includes 3,776 sq/m of retail GFA. A total of 1257 parking spaces and 1721 bicycle parking spaces are proposed with access from Finch Avenue West and Zapacotta Drive. The proposal also includes 2082 sq/m of parkland dedication at the centre of the site, in addition to 4900 sq/m of connected privately owned public space (POPS).
