Description
Rezoning application to permit a mixed-use development on the northerly portion of the site. The proposal consists of four (4) development blocks, including one (1) block for public parkland purposes, and two (2) new public streets. Four (4) buildings are proposed with heights that range from 12 to 48 storeys. The application proposes a total gross floor area of 106,831 sq. m (102,185 sq. m for residential uses and 4,646 sq. m for non-residential uses), 1,699 residential units and 855 vehicle parking spaces. The former one-storey industrial building (Flexible Packaging) has been demolished. This application is being reviewed concurrently with Draft Plan of Subdivision Application No. 20 224768 ESC 20 SB. The applications are related to Official Plan Amendment Application No. 20 158264 ESC 20 OZ.
