Description

Proposal for two mixed-use buildings at 30 and 45 storeys connected by an 8 storey base building. Proposal will contain 821 residential units and 2,569 square metres of grade-related commercial space. Proposed are 442 vehicle parking spaces (92 visitor/commercial & 350 residential) and 1,008 bicycle parking spaces (987 residential short/long term & 21 commercial short/long term) to be located within a below grade parking garage.
