Description

To construct a new one-storey commercial building with a gross floor area of 261.64 square metres that will have a drive through facility, loading space, and enclosed garbage area. The building is proposed to front onto Lawrence Avenue East, immediately west of the existing entrance to the commercial plaza. The existing commercial buildings on site will be maintained.
