Description
Zoning By-law and Official Plan Amendment application to permit a 14 storey mixed use building and a 12-storey mixed use building. Vehicle access through the site is proposed via a driveway from Avenue Road and a new public road between Lawrence Avenue West and Douglas Avenue. A public park is proposed at the north end of the site.The proposal would have 665 residential dwelling units and a total of approximately 61,581 square metres of gross floor area including 4,438 square metres of retail space. The proposed Floor Space Index is 4.06. 703 vehicle parking spaces and 521 bicycle parking spaces are proposed.
