Description

The application proposes two residential buildings at 28 storeys (west) and 36 storeys (east) with a 6-storey podium. The application proposes a residential gross floor area of 53,800 square metres, including 800 residential units. A total of 2,450 square metres of non-residential gross floor area is proposed. The project proposes a total of 453 vehicle parking spaces including 84 visitor parking spaces. The parking rate would provide 83 retail spaces on Block 7, 21 retail spaces off-site on Block 9, 264 residential on Block 7, 84 on Block 7, and 1 car-share on Block 7. The project proposes 610 bicycle parking spaces, including 480 long term and 120 short term spaces.
