Description

The proposed mixed-use development comprises a 27¿storey building containing 422 residential units, 620 square metres of daycare space, and 1,995 square metres of retail space. A total of 232 parking spaces are provided within two levels of underground parking.Bicycle parking has been supplied in accordance with the requirements of the Toronto Green Standards and is consistent with City-wide Zoning By-law 569¿2013. A total of 287 long¿term residential bicycle parking spaces are located throughout the P1 and P2 underground levels, and 30 short¿term residential bicycle parking spaces are provided at grade near the building¿s main entrances.Amenity space is provided at a rate of two square metres per unit, inclusive of both indoor and outdoor areas.
