Description

20 and 26 Lombard StDraft Plan of Standard Condominium for a 46-storey mixed use building containing 682 dwelling units and 7 levels of below-grade parking. This Draft Plan of Standard Condominium will include 156 residential dwelling units within the building. Previous approvals include Zoning By-law Amendment (Application 13 197153 STE 28 OZ), Site Plan Approval (Application 13 281191 STE 28 SA) and Minor Variance (Application A1133/17TEY). An OMB Order for the Rezoning of the Site was issued on January 22, 2016 (City of Toronto By-law 132-2016 (OMB) and 133-2016(OMB).Note: A concurrent Draft Plan of Standard Condominium Application has been submitted for this property under Application No. 19 234834 STE 13 CD (25 Richmond St E). A minor variance application was submitted on October 3, 2019 (A1051/19TEY) to request variances for an increase in dwelling units from 682 to 684. These 2 additional units are located on the 45th floor. Variances are also being requested for maximum total and residential GFA. Indoor amenity space will be relocated to the 46th floor.
