Description

Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit the development of two 13-storey and one 12-storey mixed use buildings at 373 Front Street East and 90 Mill Street (Blocks 3,4,7 in the West Don Lands). The proposal consists of 3,027 square metres of retail space, 496 square metres of community agency space, and 855 rental dwelling units (257 of which are affordable rental dwelling units). Zoning was approved via MZO O.Reg. 596/20 on October 22, 2020.
