Description
Site Plan Amendment Application related to Site Plan Application 11-332287 STE 27 SA (and corresponding Rezoning Application - File No. 11 332281 STE 27 OZ) to convert existing hotel into mixed use building and construct a new 40 storey tower fronting onto Cumberland St and Avenue Rd and a new 10 storey bulding fronting onto Yorkville Ave. Retail is proposed on the ground and second floor with a total of 797 residential units and 396 parking spaces in a multi level below grade parking facility. A total of 200 Bicycle parking spaces is also proposed.
