Description

Multi-phased, high density, mixed use development including 2,009 residential dwelling units and new office commercial uses on 6 blocks of land on Cowdray Court. Grade related and mid-rise buildings along with five apartment towers ranging in height from 18 to 40 storeys are proposed along with the expansion of Collingwood Park. Re-alignment of Cowdray Court and a new public road system, including future public road connections, are proposed. Roads, development and park blocks to be created by plan of subdivision.
