Description
Site Plan Control Application to facilitate the addition of a 52-storey (178.4 metres) mixed use building containing 20,782 square metres of office space, 3,605 square metres of retail space, and 709 residential dwelling units. A new interior entrance to St. Patrick subway station is proposed as part of the development. Portions of the existing buildings at 481 University Avenue and 210 Dundas Street West would be retained as part of the development. A total of 191 below grade parking spaces and 654 bicycle parking spaces are proposed.
