Description
Zoning By-law Amendment for a mixed-use development including residential, office and retail uses. The existing heritage building is proposed to be conserved and restored for office uses. Residential uses are proposed on the south portion of the site in two buildings 13 and 21 storeys. Overall 412 dwelling units are proposed and 8,938 square metres of non-residential floor area. A courtyard open space is proposed centrally located within the site between the existing heritage building and the new development. 146 vehicle parking spaces and 468 bicycle parking spaces are proposed.
